Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely updates.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist with personal tasks and errands when required.
Support the CEO in strategic planning, research, and decision-making tasks.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.




Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and task management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the IT or Tech industry.
Familiarity with CRM tools, digital marketing, and client communication.
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
