Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the entire admissions process. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while delivering a positive and supportive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and recommend academic programs aligned with their career goals.
Clearly explain program details, advantages, eligibility, and admission procedures.
Guide students from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
Achieve monthly counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a similar role.




Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up management.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video.
Bachelor’s degree required.
