Provide end-to-end sales support for equity mutual fund distribution, including transaction processing, documentation, and client onboarding. Assist relationship managers with SIP, lump-sum, switches, and redemptions. Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, and internal teams for smooth execution and issue resolution. Prepare sales MIS, portfolio reports, and performance trackers. Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines and KYC norms. Support client queries, follow-ups, and campaign execution to enhance sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
