A reputed hotel in Bengaluru is hiring a Hostess - Restaurant to welcome guests and manage seating arrangements. The role focuses on creating a positive first impression, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth guest flow in the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a skilled and friendly manner.
Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
Maintain waiting lists and ensure smooth guest flow.
Coordinate with service staff for table availability.
Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information about the menu and services.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host desk.
Assist in managing guest feedback and special requests.
Follow grooming standards and hospitality etiquette.





Skills & Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.
Ability to handle guests professionally during busy hours.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
