Collaborating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement.
Supervising day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Leading and managing a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, delegating tasks, and providing guidance as needed.
Keeping the project on schedule by coordinating activities effectively, anticipating potential delays, and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
