Key duties include coordinating departments, monitoring KPIs, managing budgets, optimizing workflows, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee Daily Operations: Supervise workflow, resource allocation, and project execution to ensure smooth, effective functioning.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategic improvements for enhanced productivity and cost reduction.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with departments (HR, Finance, Production) to align operations with overall business objectives.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational data to assess performance.
Budget & Resource Management:



Manage operational budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulations.
