Key Responsibilities:
Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including tracking and coordination with OEMs for returns, replacements, and repairs
Maintain and regularly update the Logistics Tracker to ensure accurate shipment visibility
Generate and manage E-way Bills for all dispatch activities in compliance with statutory requirements
Create and process Purchase Requests and packaging entries in Zoho ERP
Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements
Support inventory monitoring, stock verification, and reconciliation activities
Coordinate effectively with procurement, warehouse teams, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal processes and audit requirements




Assist in meeting dispatch timelines and achieving operational efficiency targets

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
