DEBURRER Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Deburr and hand finish parts as required by using established procedures, machines, and tooling.
Visual inspection of parts to ensure each meets the requirements of the drawing.
To communicate any issues relating to production, informing of parts not being to tolerance
Final inspections, working to a high level of quality control to avoid customer dissatisfaction and potential returns. - Clean parts in preparation of CMM inspection.
Maintain and complete all documentation for all production work, as required.
Maintain effective housekeeping of equipment and work area.
Work in accordance of the quality system and processes of the department.
Assist in other production duties as required.
Observe all site Health and Safety requirements.
