Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and study materials.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning workplace.
Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and exams.
Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Guide and mentor students in academic and co-curricular activities.
Ensure student safety and follow school policies.

Required Qualifications:
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, online teaching tools).
Prior teaching experience preferred (Freshers may apply).
