We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to assist the merchandising team in coordinating between buyers, production, and other departments. The role involves supporting order execution, sample follow-ups, and maintaining communication to ensure timely delivery and quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling buyer communication and daily merchandising activities.
Follow up on sampling, production, and shipment schedules.
Coordinate with production, quality, and sourcing teams to ensure on-time order execution.
Maintain records for order status, sample approvals, and delivery timelines.
Assist in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and documentation.
Support in vendor follow-ups for fabric, trims, and accessories.
Track and update order progress reports in Excel or ERP systems.




Maintain proper filing of buyer correspondence and order details.
Ensure timely dispatch and communicate shipment details to buyers.

Required Skills:
Basic understanding of têxtile or garment manufacturing process.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Solid in MS Excel and documentation.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Textile / Fashion / Apparel Merchandising / Management or related field.

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
