Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Testing: Perform routine diagnostic tests such as Biochemistry, immunology, hematology, and microbiology procedures.
Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.
Data Recording: Document test results accurately and maintain patient records.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with laboratory standards, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Support to Pathologists: Assist in preparing slides, staining specimens, and conducting preliminary observations.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or related field.
Certifications: Some regions require registration with a medical council or laboratory board.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of lab techniques, specimen handling, and diagnostic equipment.
Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organizational ability, teamwork, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
