Sr. .NET Developer/Architect - Microservices Location: India, Noida Remote

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8.

- Solid experience in ASP.NET Core Web API / Minimal APIs.

- Good understanding of microservices architecture, service boundaries, database ownership, distributed systems, and API-first design.

- Experience with EF Core, SQL Server / Azure SQL, migrations, transactions, indexing, and query optimization.

- Experience with Azure Service Bus / Event Hubs / Kafka / MassTransit.

- Strong understanding of REST API design, HTTP methods, status codes, versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger, validation, and secure error handling.

- Experience with Azure cloud services including Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Managed Identity, App Service, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.

- Strong knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, Managed Identity, Key Vault, encryption, and secure secrets handling.

- Experience with structured logging, distributed tracing, metrics, health checks, and correlation ID propagation.

- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, API testing, mocking, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Good knowledge of resilience patterns using Polly or equivalent frameworks.

- Strong understanding of secure coding and data-protection practices, especially around PII and financial data.

- Exposure to banking, credit union, fintech, or regulated financial systems.

- Understanding of KYC, AML, OFAC, GLBA, PCI-DSS, NCUA, Reg E, Reg B, or similar compliance needs.

- Experience with account opening, payments, lending, customer/member onboarding, document storage, or core banking integrations.





- Understanding that financial systems require an audit trail, transaction integrity, data classification, retention, encryption, and access control.

- Good-to-Have Skills: Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS, MediatR, Saga, Outbox pattern. Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, Helm, ArgoCD. Terraform / Bicep. Redis cache. Azure API Management.

- Own service-level architecture including API contracts, domain models, database design, integration patterns, and deployment readiness.

- Build secure REST APIs with proper validation, error handling, versioning, authentication, authorization, and audit logging.

- Implement event-driven communication using Azure Service Bus, Event Hubs, Kafka-style messaging, or MassTransit.

- Design database-per-service patterns using Azure SQL / SQL Server / PostgreSQL with EF Core, migrations, indexing, transactions, and performance tuning.

- Implement resilience patterns such as retry, timeout, circuit breaker, fallback, idempotency, and dead-letter handling.

- Ensure observability using Application Insights, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, structured logging, metrics, tracing, and correlation IDs.
