Job Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from different departments.
- Maintain Excel/Google Sheets databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Perform data reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, etc.
- Coordinate with different teams to collect required information.
- Maintain proper records and documentation.
- Provide timely reports and insights to management.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF, charts, etc.).




- Good data-analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL can be an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, MBA, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in MIS/reporting/data management is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
