How You’ll Spend Your Day A Teva Compliance Officer is responsible for managing the process of ensuring that core elements of an effective compliance program are implemented and working as designed
- Conduct training as necessary
- Provide compliance advice
- Review, approve, and monitor activities involving customers, healthcare professionals (HCPs), healthcare organizations (HCOs), patient organizations (POs), government officials (GOs) and Third Party Representatives (TPRs)
- Assess and remediate compliance risk
- Implement and update compliance policies, procedures and processes
- Organize, work with, and manage cross-functional teams of colleagues and management
- Collaborate with business teams in the business operations of the local country or countries, Teva's regional structure, and throughout Teva's Global Compliance organization
- Manage the implementation, training, support, and monitoring of Teva's compliance initiatives, policies, and activities
- Provide leadership and best practices to all teva employees through training and regular communication
- Help embed business integrity and compliance behavior into the local country business using a risk-based approach
Your Skills And Experience
- Scientific/technical, healthcare, or business Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university,
and ideally Masters, JD, PHD or similar.
- Professional Experience:
- 10+ years Pharmaceutical or related industry experience.
- 6+ years of Compliance and Ethics experience.
- Executive Presence and Influence: Demonstrated ability to provide objective, confident, and trusted advice to senior leadership on complex and sensitive matters.
- Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate successfully across diverse cultures, geographies, and stakeholder groups.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Proven capability to design and deliver targeted training programs and communications tailored to varied audiences.
- Problem Solving and Innovation: Ability to think creatively and develop practical, compliant solutions that support evolving business needs and objectives.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of standard business software applications and digital tools, with the ability to leverage technology effectively in day-to-day operations.
- Matrix Collaboration: Demonstrated success working within a complex, matrixed organization, balancing functional and business priorities while partnering across local, regional, and global teams and projects.
