Role: Sr. Manager - Financial Controller ( Noida & Ahmedabad)##

Qualification: CA or ACCA

Experience: 5+ years ( Post CA or ACCA)

Position Overview

Sr. Manager - Financial Controller is responsible for overall financial management and control of the organisation, working under the leadership of the Group FC/FD.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Management Accounts

- Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts for all four entities (UK, USA, Germany, Netherlands)

Budgeting & Forecasting Lead the annual budgeting process in multi-jurisdictional finance & Compliance

- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors across UK, US, German and Dutch jurisdictions

Treasury & Cash Management

- Monitor and manage multi-currency cash positions and optimize working capital across the group





Systems & Process Improvement

- Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, controls, and reporting processes

Skills & Experience
- Education –CA/ACCA/CMA
- 5+ years’ experience in management accounting & Strong Accounting Expertise
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.

Work Model
- Location: Noida
- Model: Hybrid/WFO
- Shift Timings: 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM IST / 1:30 PM to 11:00 PM IST
