Role Description The Sr Manager Supply Chain Management will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective availability of materials and finished APIs in alignment with production and customer demand. This full time, on-site role based in Maharashtra, India includes responsibility for planning and managing procurement, supplier relationships, inventory levels, and logistics coordination to support domestic and international markets. The role involves monitoring supply chain performance, analyzing demand and capacity, mitigating risks,



and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Manager will collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, finance, regulatory, and commercial teams to support strategic initiatives, optimize working capital, and maintain reliable service levels. The position also includes leading and mentoring the supply chain team, establishing best practices, and supporting digital and data-driven tools to improve transparency and decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Supply Management skills, with experience in end-to-end planning, sourcing, and distribution in a pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess robust Purchase Management skills, including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Candidates should possess solid Inventory Management skills, covering demand forecasting, safety stock planning, warehouse operations, and inventory accuracy and control.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, create reports and dashboards, identify trends and risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field, with 8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience and prior leadership responsibility.
