Job Title: Sr. Manager / Manager – New Client Acquisition

Location: Mira Road, Maharashtra

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 hours per day

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven professional to lead New Client Acquisition efforts. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence through strategic planning, lead generation, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities through networking, market research, and prospecting
- Acquire new clients to generate business opportunities
- Conduct client visits and presentations to promote logistics solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and prepare proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business growth initiatives
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree (MBA) is an advantage
- Experience in logistics or related industry
- Strong network of industry contacts
- Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning
