- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsn
- Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship managementn
- Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth executionn
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectationsn
- Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverablesn
- Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goalsn
- Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teamsn
- Support strategy discussions, campaign planning, and client presentationsn
- Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholdersn




- Identify client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution through coordination with teamsn
- Build robust long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth opportunitiesn
