We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager Operations.
- In this role, you will:
- Understanding of the business and keeping abreast of development in the market
- Able to propose improvements to enhance service delivery
- Support the Management with implementing new systems and process at the best possible manner
- Review and authorize all investment accounting reports produced




- Understand and continuously improve the process to enable smoother and better operations
- Provide the Management with necessary MI’s as and when requested.
- Ongoing resource management to effectively deliver the output in an efficient manner
- Manage resources to support good culture and ensure minimum impact of attrition. Continuous monitoring of production calendar to meet Business needs.
- To be successful you will:
- Commerce graduate or post graduate with minimum 6 years of experience in Financial and Regulatory reporting. Minimum of 4 years in the Life Fund Accounting / Fund Industry.
- Professional qualification in the fields of Accounting like CA, ICWA, CFA and CS with relevant working experience.
- Strong Accounting Concepts with a transparent understanding of financial statements. Sound knowledge of various types of assets, Funds Administration and accounting services and understanding of valuations cycle, financia
