We are looking for fluent English-speaking professionals with excellent calling skills to join our US healthcare process team.

This is a voice-based international process, requiring confidence in handling outbound and inbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls with US-based patients
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Follow up with patients professionally and consistently
- Address patient queries with clarity and confidence
- Maintain accurate documentation in Excel and EMR systems
- Meet daily/weekly call and productivity targets
- Ensure high-quality communication standards on every call

Mandatory Requirements:




✔ Excellent spoken English
✔ Prior experience in International BPO / Call Centre (minimum 6 months preferred)
✔ Confident in handling 80-120 calls per day
✔ Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM
✔ Comfortable working night shifts
✔ Strong listening skills and objection-handling ability

Preferred Profile:
- Experience in US healthcare process (advantage)
- Robust phone etiquette and call-handling skills
- Target-driven and performance-focused
