Dynamics 365 CRM - MSM Support
Roles and Responsibilities.
L2/L3 support and enhancement of Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) on Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
Develop and maintain custom MSM modules, including fully custom Product compliance solutions
Design and build Power Pages portals for internal facilities and external supplier data collection
Create and optimize Power Automate flows for data ingestion, validation, and orchestration
Design and manage Dataverse schema, security roles, and integrations
Develop Power BI dashboards with optimized datasets, DAX, and RLS
Work with Microsoft Fabric for data pipelines and analytics (where applicable)
Support CSRD reporting requirements and regulatory changes
Manage DEV / TEST / PROD deployments and troubleshoot production issues

Required Skills:
Solid experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer




Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM)
Deep knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages)
Strong Power BI development experience
Experience building custom solutions beyond OOTB
Experience with external data collection portals
Understanding of ALM and workplace separation

Valuable to have
Microsoft Fabric experience
CSRD / ESG / Sustainability domain knowledge
Third-party integrations
Azure services with Power Platform

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
