Job Requirements:
Experience of at least 5 years in microbiological testing and analyses.
Previous experience in leading a team of minimum 3 people.
An analytical mind
A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
Responsibilities:
Analysis on identification, enumeration, ELISA, classical microbiological test methods etc.
Results interpretation and proper explanation to concerned stakeholders.
Managing team of junior microbiologists by carefully supervising their testing, training them accordingly by proper feedback mechanism.
Proper documentation as per ISO 17025.
