We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Expert who understands how brands grow on Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn, not just how to post.

Someone who:
Knows how to build a brand from zero
Understands service-based + product-based (eCommerce) marketing both
Is obsessed with Instagram algorithm, reels & viral content
Thinks in followers, reach, engagement & conversions

Key Responsibilities
Build and execute social media strategies from scratch
Create & plan content calendars for service and eCommerce brands
Ideate, script & guide creation of Reels, short videos & viral content
Grow followers, reach,



engagement & profile visits organically
Work on brand storytelling, not just promotional posts
Analyze insights & improve performance regularly
Collaborate with design, Editing & marketing teams
Handle multiple client brands (local businesses & electronics stores)

Content & Creativity Skills
Robust idea of Reels, trending formats & hooks
Experience with viral video concepts
Knows what works for local businesses vs eCommerce
Can convert boring services into engaging content
Valuable sense of captions, CTAs & storytelling

Tools Knowledge (Must-Have)
Meta Business Suite
Instagram Insights & Analytics
Social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
Canva / basic content tools
Understanding of trending audio & hashtags
