Role Overview
The Social Media & Corporate Communication Executive will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies to enhance online visibility, engage audiences, and effectively communicate the organization’s mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage social media content strategies
Create high-quality written content including articles, blogs, and storytelling pieces
Design graphics and edit videos using Canva, VN, or similar tools
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to build community engagement
Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports
Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent content writing skills with solid command of English (written and spoken)
Ability to write articles, stories, and blogs creatively
Proficiency in Canva and mobile video editing tools (VN, CapCut, etc.)
Experience in content planning and social media calendar management
Robust visual storytelling and editing abilities
Analytical mindset to interpret data and improve performance
Familiarity with social media advertising and growth strategies
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
