Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative functioning of the school
Ensure strict adherence to CBSE affiliation norms, policies, and guidelines
Drive curriculum implementation, academic planning, and assessment strategies
Mentor and develop teachers; build a strong, cooperative school culture
Oversee student discipline, wellbeing, and parent engagement
Manage school operations, admissions, and coordination with the central office
Represent the school during audits, inspections, and CBSE communications

Required Qualifications & Skills




Master’s Degree with B.Ed / M.Ed (mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of experience, including 3 years as Principal in a CBSE school
Robust knowledge of CBSE curriculum, inspections, and compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills
Ability to work closely with management and deliver results
