Conduct process training for recent hires and existing employees
Develop training materials and assessments
Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback
Collaborate with QA and Ops for continuous improvement
Conducting Employee Engagement Activities
Contribution to the overall organization's growth
Pay: ₹35,088.58 - ₹45,303.63 per month
