As Gotion’s preferred service provider, we specialize in the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of EV battery packs supplied to major customers, including Tata Autocomp. Beyond after-sales support, Baoxhin India also manufactures battery packs using Gotion cells. Our expertise is dedicated exclusively to Gotion technology, ensuring full compatibility, high reliability, and consistent performance across all battery pack solutions we deliver.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Chinese Translator to support daily communication between the Chinese technical team and local shopfloor staff. The role involves real-time interpretation, basic document translation, and ensuring smooth coordination on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time verbal translation (Chinese ↔ English/Hindi) on the shopfloor
Support communication between Chinese engineers and local operators/technicians
Help in conveying production issues, quality concerns,



and action items
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Maintenance)
Ensure transparent and accurate communication to avoid misunderstandings.
Other responsibilities as and when required.

Requirements:
Basic proficiency in Chinese (HSK Level 1 or 2)
Ability to understand and communicate in English and/or Hindi
Willingness to work on the shopfloor setting
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing/industrial environment (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with Chinese teams or companies
Exposure to manufacturing / factory operations
Diploma / Graduate in any field.
