About the role:
What you will do:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders





What you will need:
3+ years of experience in business Sourcing or Recruiting
Strong understanding of technical landscape preference toward software engineering.
Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
