Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor spray dryer equipment and related systems.
Control process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.
Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to specifications.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams.
Maintain production records, logs, and reports.
Follow safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
Assist in cleaning and changeover procedures.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience operating spray dryer systems.
Diploma/ITI/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related field (preferred).
Basic understanding of drying processes and plant operations.
Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and control panels.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of PLC/SCADA systems.
Experience in food, dairy, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries.
Solid attention to detail and safety awareness.
