Aditek Systems Private Limited is looking for an experienced Online Bidder who can generate business opportunities through online platforms for IT and software development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates for clients
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Coordinate with the technical team for project planning and delivery
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
Maintain a solid pipeline of potential projects
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
chat, audio and video calls




Maintain accurate records of project activities in the system.Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of Experience in online bidding for IT / software development projects:
Knowledge of platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
Strong communication and proposal writing skills
Understanding of web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions
Ability to handle client communication and negotiations
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
