We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services clearly, and convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Call fresh leads and follow up regularly
Explain company services in a explicit and convincing manner
Schedule property visits
Maintain proper call records and update CRM or Excel
Coordinate with sales team for closures
Achieve monthly targets
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident and convincing personality
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp handling
Experience in telecalling or sales preferred
Target-oriented mindset
