Role: Store Manager-Dark Store_Quick Commerce

Location: Adayar & Nesapakkam, Chennai

Role Overview

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations of a dark store, ensuring smooth daily execution, manpower availability, and achievement of operational KPIs in a quick-paced quick commerce setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily dark store operations
Handle pickers and supervisors (hiring, rostering, productivity)
Ensure SOP adherence for picking, packing, and dispatch
Drive KPIs: SLA, productivity, accuracy, cancellations
Coordinate with last-mile and central operations
Monitor performance and take immediate corrective actions




Control costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirments
1+ years experience in Quick Commerce / Dark Store / E-commerce operations
Must have worked in Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar dark stores
Experience handling ground teams and store-level KPIs
Comfortable working in high-pressure operations
Bachelor’s degree preferred

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
