What will you do?
Manage accounting journal entries, tracking all business transactions for our ecommerce business, and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Maintain accurate accounting for online sales, payment gateways, returns, and refunds.
Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Update financial data in databases to ensure information is accurate and readily available.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
Participate in monthly/yearly closing activities.
Assist with other accounting and finance projects related to e-commerce operations.

What are we looking for?




1+ years' experience as a Accountant, preferably in an e-commerce or online retail business.
Experience with basic accounting and financial practices.
Familiarity with payment gateway reconciliation and marketplace accounting -preferable (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify)
Valuable knowledge of MS Office.
Strong team player skills with close attention to detail.
Good analytical, numerical, and presentational skills.
Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
