Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the project store, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of project materials and equipment related to IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) projects such as CCTV, CFS, ACS.
Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Supervise store staff, oversee storing, handling, and dispatch of materials as per project requirements.
Coordinate with the project execution team for timely supply of materials to site.
