Hiring Store Training Executive

Job Description:
Training Delivery & Presentation:
Conduct in office and in-person training sessions for Retail center staff, covering soft skills, customer

service, and operational compliances.
Develop and deliver customized training programs tailored to the needs of various teams.
Soft Skills Training:
Facilitate training on grooming, communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and customer

service.
Foster a positive learning workplace to enhance interpersonal and professional skills.
Training Content Development:
Collaborate with Training Manager to design, update and improve training materials, handouts, and

assessment sheets.
Ensure training materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
Performance Monitoring and Support:




Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance

metrics.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to center staff to reinforce learning and address

performance gaps.
Audit and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits to evaluate the implementation of Operational compliance with industry

standards, legal regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to management and center staff.

Salary : 30k to 35k

Qualification : Bachelors Degree Mandatory

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
