The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that all automotive products and manufacturing processes meet defined quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements. The role plays a critical part in maintaining product reliability, reducing defects, improving processes, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

This position works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain compliance with automotive quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standards:
Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
Perform root cause analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Why)
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
Handle customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions
Maintain documentation, inspection reports, and quality records
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
