Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management

Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
Manage end-to-end social media campaigns
Optimize engagement, reach, and conversions (not just followers)

Content Creation & Storytelling
Write compelling content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and ads
Develop brand voice guidelines for clients
Plan and create high-converting captions, hooks, and scripts
Coordinate creatives (design/video) for impactful storytelling





Performance Marketing & Analytics
Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Monitor KPIs: engagement rate, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI
Use data insights to refine strategy
Generate performance reports with actionable insights

Brand Building & Online Presence
Build online positioning strategies for startups & enterprises
Assist with website content structuring
Improve website traffic through organic & paid channels
Drive lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in digital marketing & content creation
Robust understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
Proven experience in growing brands online
Experience handling multiple clients or managing campaigns end-to-end
Solid copywriting and storytelling skills
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Se
