Key Responsibilities
Production & Manufacturing
Plan and execute production of air gauges, fixture gauges, and inspection fixtures.
Interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T; for gauge manufacturing.
Coordinate with design, machining, assembly, and QA teams to meet delivery schedules.
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce rework.
Gauging System Expertise
Assemble and test air plug gauges, air ring gauges, air snap gauges, and multi-channel air gauging systems.
Manufacture and validate fixture gauges for dimensional inspection and process control.
Select suitable materials, sensors, pneumatic components, and measuring probes.
Ensure gauges meet required accuracy, repeatability, and MSA standards.
Customer & Technical Support
Support installation and commissioning of gauging systems at customer sites.
Provide technical training on usage and maintenance of air gauges/fixtures.
Address customer complaints and perform root cause analysis.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
