Perform line clearance and ensure readiness of equipment and area before batch start.
Monitor critical in-process parameters during manufacturing (reaction, mixing, distillation, drying, etc
Verify raw material addition, batch charging, and sampling procedures.
Conduct in-process checks (pH, viscosity, moisture content, etc.) and ensure results are within specifications.
Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Review and record batch-related documents in real time.
Liaise with Production, QC, Maintenance, and EHS teams to maintain process integrity
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
