Position: Customer Service Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Working Days: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound & outbound customer calls
Managing client queries and providing timely resolutions
Coordinating with internal teams for order updates and support
Maintaining call logs and CRM updates
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills (English required)
Experience in customer support/call handling preferred
Comfortable working on call systems like RingCentral
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
