Key Responsibilities
Handle complete site execution for interior finishing and modular fit-out projects.
Supervise finishing works including false ceiling, painting, flooring, wall paneling, partitions, polishing, and modular installations.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and site teams.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure work completion as per drawings and timelines.
Verify measurements, material requirements, and site readiness before execution.
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site.
Coordinate with design, purchase, and project management teams for smooth workflow.
Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
Attend site meetings and resolve execution-related issues.




Ensure timely handover of projects with proper finishing quality.
Requirements:
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in interior finishing and modular fit-out projects.
Knowledge of interior materials, site coordination, and finishing standards.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and execute accordingly.
Valuable communication and vendor coordination skills.
Solid problem-solving and site management abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
