Description
Strategy Formulation & Goal Setting: Craft the marketing strategy to achieve full occupancy with guidance from CEO & Governing Council.
Execution & Monitoring: Plan and execute strategy including monitoring on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Customer Orientation: Build solid relations with key customers in different market segments - local referrals, corporate doctors, upcountry BDAs and GPs.
Human Relations: Motivate, guide and course-correct team at various levels to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
Brand Salience: Ensure all matrices of brand salience are effectively achieved across all mediums and market segments.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Ensure effective and effective coordination with all departments.
Plan and participate in conferences, seminars and promotional activities to enhance brand value.
Be part of the Quality Improvement Initiative and protocols of the organization.
