Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 years in floriculture, with at least 3 years dedicated exclusively to open & protected cultivation of cut flowers under controlled settings.
Technical Expertise:
Greenhouse management and controlled workplace cultivation.
Hydroponic techniques for vegetable production.
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of subordinates.
Innovation: Self-driven, creative, and capable of implementing modern horticultural practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture from a recognized institution.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
