Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins
Build and manage backend functionalities using PHP and WordPress standards
Create and maintain REST APIs and third-party integrations
Optimize website performance, security, and scalability
Manage database architecture and queries (MySQL)
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
Implement security best practices and regular updates
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and project managers

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in WordPress backend development
Solid proficiency in PHP and MySQL
Deep understanding of WordPress core, hooks, filters,



and custom post types
Experience developing custom plugins and themes
Familiarity with REST API integration
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic frontend understanding)
Experience with Git/version control
Understanding of website security best practices

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WooCommerce customization
Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.)
Experience working with hosting settings and server management
Knowledge of SEO best practices
Experience with headless WordPress setups

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
