Compensation: 50% Equity | No fixed salary initially

We are an early-stage startup building a premium frozen pet food brand for dogs and cats. The focus is on delivering fresh, natural, and nutritionally balanced meals in a ready-to-thaw and serve format.

The vision is to create a scalable, trusted brand in the growing Indian pet care market.

Role Overview

This is a co-founder / partner role, not a salaried position. The selected individual will work closely in building the business from the ground up and will be responsible for key operational and strategic functions.





Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine pet food products (recipes, sourcing, quality standards)
Set up and manage operations (processing, freezing, packaging, logistics)
Build and manage customer relationships
Contribute to marketing, branding, and growth strategies
Support business expansion from local to regional markets
Robust interest in pets (dogs and/or cats) and animal nutrition
Willingness to commit full time to a startup setting
Ability to take ownership and make decisions
High level of responsibility and long-term commitment
Comfortable working in an early-stage, unstructured setup

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
Experience in pet care, veterinary field, or animal nutrition
Background in food processing, operations, or startups
Entrepreneurial mindset with execution capability
