Jewellery Sales Assistant : P&G; is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team to meet sales targets. The role involves maintaining store presentation, managing inventory, and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock availability.
Implement and uphold store policies and procedures.
Drive sales and promotional activities to meet targets.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry industry.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work adaptable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
