Provide product information and technical details to customers when required.
Process customer purchase orders and generate invoices as per the delivery schedule.
Track customer quotation stage through order fulfillment.
Prepare and maintain documents, commercial invoices.
Support and coordinate with dispatch team.
Maintain knowledge of the company's chemical products, product grades.
