About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center.
Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Guide patients through available treatment programs and service offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to encourage long-term engagement.
Monitor patient inquiries and follow up on consultations and appointments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle patient concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to clinic activities.
Support initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and clinic performance.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service standards.
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 1 year of experience in clinic operations, healthcare services, wellness centers, customer relations, or similar industries.
Solid communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
