Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all nursing staff (GNM/ANM/Staff Nurses)
Prepare duty rosters, shift planning, and staff allocation
Ensure proper patient care through nursing staff
Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance of nurses
Ensure infection control, hygiene, and hospital protocols are followed
Train and guide current nursing staff
Coordinate with doctors and hospital management
Handle nursing-related patient complaints
Requirements:
Solid leadership and team management skills
Experience in handling nursing staff
Can work independently in NICU and PICU as and when required
Valid nursing registration
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
