Urgently required Plant Head for Cosmetic Manufacturing company located at Vasai east

General Administration & Statutory Compliance
Oversee all plant-level administrative functions.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage contracts and relationships with administrative service providers
Maintain a protected, clean, and disciplined work setting aligned with company policies and best practices.
Lead, train, and motivate cross-functional teams including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for staff and operators.

Production & Operations Management
Plan, organize, and control all manufacturing activities to meet production targets and customer timelines.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Oversee end-to-end production processes (injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion, Spray,



Metalizing, Printing, Labelling and Assembly.).
Manpower Management

Maintenance & Engineering
Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant equipment and utilities.
Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure mínimal downtime.
Team is in place, needs a stricter control and sops for standard maintenance

Supply Chain & Inventory
Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, production, and dispatch teams.
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to minimize stock-outs or overstocking.
Optimize material flow and warehouse management systems.
Support vendor development and evaluate supplier performance.
Team in place needs to review and guide.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
